Return Policy
We do not accept returns on plants as the plants will completely die to both way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

If a wrong or extremely poor condition plant is delivered, please contact us with images at care@navaurja.com or via chat, as soon as possible.
Please attach a full unboxing video & photo of the wrong or damaged plant.
If you do not contact us within 72 hours of receipt, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems. Contacting us via our social media accounts is not a substitute, as we do not check those accounts daily basis and cannot track your orders through their platforms.
Let us know your full name, address, and order number if you have it, so we can track your order faster.
You will need to send us photographs of the plants so we can see the problem and take steps to identify and rectify it.
If your plants are not those you ordered, or arrive in extremely poor condition, we mail you replacement plants if we have those available or will initiate a refund for the value of your plants.
Here ‘extremely poor condition’ means unlikely to live and thrive as a result of shipping issues. It does not mean one or two yellowing or damaged leaves on a healthy viable plant. Plants regularly shed lower leaves throughout their life and it does not affect their growing potential.
If you have ordered the wrong plant, or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants bought in error/customer rejected during delivery, because we cannot resell them.
Other items can be returned for a refund within 3 days as long as they’re unused and in re-saleable condition. We’ll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you’ll pay the carrier when you ship your return. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@navaurja.com and send your item to: NavaUrja, Plot No. C-29, FFC, Rasapunja, Kolkata – 700104
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
